Position Overview:  The Aspire Group seeks a teachable, positive, and passionate individual that is committed to becoming a sports industry leader. This role will support athletic ticket sales through marketing analytics and communications.  The incumbent will be expected to remain current on e-mail marketing best practices including: contact strategies, data capture and campaign analysis, deliverability, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, creative, and analytical thinker who excels in applying marketing and organizational skills to a rapidly changing environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Database Marketing:
  • Create and advance the integration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Develop, implement and evaluate initiative to transition database users into season ticket holders.
  • Develop and Execute a Fan Data Capture Plan.
  • Clean, deduce and distribute qualified sales leads.
  • Works with marketing partners and affiliates to ensure material delivery and consistency.
  • Develops strategy for revenue growth by utilizing available data; enhances data, grows and segments database.
Systems Integration:
  • Oversee the creation of a data management platform systems.
  • Streamline the online customer purchase experience.
  • Develop reports to assist director in evaluating sales performance (team and individual basis).
  • Create reporting and analytics metric to support decision-making, especially as it relates to ticketing and lead list analysis.
  • Measure and track sales and service performance.

Education and Experience:
  • Minimum, 2 years Sport Marketing/ Sales or Database/ CRM experience
  • Knowledge of database and digital marketing strategies support technology
  • Advanced organization and time management and project management skills
  • Experience leading people employed indirectly through vendor or consulting relationships.
  • Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented
  • Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
  • Professional image and demeanor
  • Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary, with the opportunity to earn commission on meeting or exceeding ticket sales goals.  Competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, other voluntary health benefits and 401k with matching program.
