Status:                                    Full-time (non-exempt) position with benefits
Position Summary
The principal duties of this position are to assist in the service and retention of premium seat members by providing first-class communication while serving as the point person for account maintenance, special events, and annual touchpoint programs.  Event responsibilities include providing service support, keeping things organized, ensuring customer service expectations are met, and resolving any emerging challenges that may occur.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist with customer service and retention of Suite and Suite Club Members
  • Ensure that all Suite, Suite Club, Silver Club, and PSL transactions are fully executed and close the loop by sending necessary documents to clients
  • Assist in the planning and distribution of:
    • Ticket Invoices
    • Ticket Deliveries
    • Suite & Suite Club Member touchpoints
    • New Member gifts and education
    • Away Game Trips
  • Organize and maintain inventory of the 200 Level Storage Area
  • Assist in various logistics required for stadium events, including but not limited to:
    • General Setup (ex - roster cards, suite inspections)
    • Prepare LUXE Lobby staff folders
    • Field Visits
    • Identifying any event maintenance needs
  • Maintain an open communication with stadium concessionaire regarding Suites and Suite Clubs
  • Assist (as needed) in the development, coordination, implementation of special events
  • Commitment and support of department goals and objectives, such as budgets and sales goals
  • Assist other departments (as needed)
  • Provide Premium Services, Ticket Sales, and Ticket Services Managers with necessary support/statistical data including:
  • Answering inbound phone calls; Fulfilling outbound customer service related phone calls
  • Ensure all Suite and Suite Club Agreements are fully executed with signatures and return fully executed documents to Suite and Suite Club Members via mail
  • Scan and organize executed Suite and Suite Club agreements
  • Organize Account Information in Archtics, CRM, and Excel
  • Prepare logistics (field passes, credentials, etc.) for game day touchpoints and fulfill tasks on event days
  • Assist with all functions of the Ticket Office including, but not limited to, ticket sales, filing, answering and making phone calls, written correspondence, special promotions and programs, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by Sales & Suite Services Manager or Director of Ticket Operations

Minimum Qualifications
  • A four-year college degree is required
  • At least two years of experience in ticketing, premium services, or hospitality is required
  • Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends and all Carolina Panthers and Stadium events, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays
  • A valid driver’s license

Work Environment
  • This job operates in a professional office environment (mostly office environment, outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions).
