Tepper Sports & Entertainment, the parent company to the NFL’s Carolina Panthers, MLS’s Charlotte Football Club, and Bank of America Stadium events, is seeking a highly motivated Partnership Analytics Coordinator to lead efforts for the maintenance of our Corporate Partnership Sales & Service CRM and the development of Partnership Service analytics initiatives.
 
This role will be a part of the Business Strategy & Analytics team and will work closely with several groups across the organization, chiefly Corporate Partnership Sales & Service and Finance. This person will review and analyze partnership deals, which includes maintaining deal sheets, tracking inventory, and monitoring key reporting dashboards to ensure data accuracy. Along with data integrity duties, the Partnership Analytics Coordinator will spearhead the implementation of a sponsorship fulfillment tracking system and oversee key Partnership Service initiatives which include managing relationships with third-party valuation vendors, creating a service touchpoint strategy for current partners, and partner recap support.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage TSE Corporate Partnership CRM system to leverage their full capabilities e.g., maintaining automated reports, troubleshooting reporting errors to ensure data integrity, and monitoring deal approval workflow process
  • Lead the implementation of a sponsorship fulfillment system (e.g., KORE Activate, Trak Software) that will integrate with broader Corporate Partnerships’ CRM
  • Manage relationships with third-party partnership valuation vendors
  • Help formulate strategy for partnership service touchpoints
  • Support rate card analysis for all Corporate Partnership sponsorship assets
  • Provide inventory utilization updates to Corporate Partnerships Service team to ensure that all assets are delivered in the contracted year
  • Continuously monitor sponsorship inventories and rate cards and communicate the status to the Corporate Partnerships team and other internal departments
  • Develop and execute training for new and existing users on CRM software systems and protocol
  • Utilize consumer insights platform (e.g., YouGov, Zoomph) to provide relevant data for new and existing partners for new sales pitches and partner recaps
  • Support partnership surveying efforts for preseason and postseason partner recaps
 
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience required
  • 1-2 years of business analysis, systems analysis, and/or analytical experience preferred
  • Experience using data management and visualization applications preferred (Microsoft Dynamics, KORE Sponsorship, Tableau, and Qualtrics)
  • 1-2 years of experience in sports sponsorship preferred
  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Must pass pre-employment screens
