We are looking for a hardworking activation coordinator to join our family! In this role you will serve as the point of contact for assigned Partners and be responsible for those partnership account activations while ensuring all elements are fulfilled using the highest level of customer service. They will service and interact with a diverse group of important clients, visitors, and internal partners at all levels.

  • Utilize client objectives and goals to develop and research promotional platforms and partnership strategies in accordance with internal and external guidelines.
  • Responsible for client satisfaction and retention, which are significant parts of SS&E's brand identification for its customers.
  • Oversee, coordinate, implement, maintain and track assigned corporate partners in regards to all proposals, contracts and wrap-up to ensure that all elements are fulfilled, executed and reported accurately.
  • Compile, report, enter, collect, forecast, and track accurate account elements, billing, fulfillment and contact information, as well as reports pertaining to proposals, contracts, budgets, and other account details into CRM.

  • 3+ years relevant work experience in Partnerships, Account Management, or Customer Service.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and support multiple high-level positions. 
  • Strong teamwork aptitude, and customer service skills required. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to effective communication and connect with Senior Corporate Executives. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills required. Previous experience using Adobe Photoshop preferred. 
  • Ability to execute independent judgement to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, some holidays, and event nights. 
  • 50% of work can be performed remotely/50% of work needed to be performed onsite as needed or on a seasonal basis.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish speaking, writing and reading) preferred.
