We are looking for an organized Learning & Development Associate to apply their skills and passion through our Corporate University, Spurs Sports and Entertainment University (SSEU). We provide opportunities for staff to build a common language, share tools, provide greater opportunities to grow personally and develop professionally, and prepare individuals for future leadership roles!

 

In every position, each employee is expected to: demonstrate alignment with SS&E’s core values and mission, collaborate with internal/external family members and demonstrate ongoing development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Organizational Development Team
  • Assist with the day to day responsibilities which includes but not limited to: setting up training room, assist with training activities, schedules, and working with instructors.
  • Coordinate with instructor and learners schedules to book training sessions for our SSEU catalog and calendar.
  • Assist in developing creative ideas and social media content to improve awareness and participation in SSEU.
  • Create, track, and maintain courses and completions through our Learning Management System with basic reporting.
  • Assist with introductory facilitation of courses for staff as needed.
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team and coordinate multiple tasks
  • Available to work at least 29 hours a week, Monday through Friday
  • Approximately 20% of this role is able to be remote; 80% of work to be performed onsite as needed. This may vary depending on work priorities and virtual/in-person training needs.
