The Procurement Manager is responsible for implementing the procurement strategy to support On Location, as the exclusive official hospitality provider of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Milano 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games and Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.


  • Implement the procurement strategy of On Location for the Olympic & Paralympic project: carry out business intelligence, identify the needs of the business, ensure the selection of high standard quality & efficient suppliers/vendors while ensuring cost optimization, etc.
  • Implement procurement policies, procedures and programs with a focus on their ability to enhance organizational value and efficiency: setting competitive & adapted bidding and contracting processes for suppliers in compliance with applicable laws & regulations and best business practices.
  • Serve as key contact for procurement-related questions, training, policy and procedure interpretation and alignment by all departments.
  • Implement procurement projects and oversee contract development and administration: review and analyze bids and quotes with suppliers (including negotiating various service agreements and other contracts), advise and support departments on sensitive or strategic issues, monitor the execution of contracts, etc.
  • Monitor suppliers and procurement performance in coordination with other departments: draw up specifications, define key performance indicators, oversee overall procurement costs & budgets, regular reporting, etc.

The position will be based in Paris, France, and will report to the Director of Procurement.


The successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

  • 5 / 7 years of experience in the procurement and sourcing of various goods and services. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Proven experience in the management of large-scale and complex projects and in the negotiation of related contracts.
  • Significant expertise in sourcing and procurement processes (Source to Settle, Procure to Pay, Supplier management processes).
  • Ability to convey information clearly and concisely, in particular, to explain procurement and sourcing concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that will enable interaction with a range of personalities and styles in a fast-paced business environment. Very strong problem solver and innovative thinker.
  • Outstanding organizational and analytical skills and a practical business-oriented viewpoint.
  • A curious mind, a strong work ethic, and a creative but practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize high-priority matters and heavy workload; Ability to work toward deadlines with efficiency and accuracy; Disciplined and hard-working,
  • Fluency in French and English.
