What You’ll Do:
The Compliance Officer is responsible for adapting, implementing and monitoring On Location’s compliance programmes in France , including ethics, privacy, antitrust and other regulatory matters related to On Location’s business.
- Act as Data Protection Officer for On Location in France, develop, adapt & implement On Location’s and Endeavor’s personal data programme locally, including the drafting and review of local policies and standards to adapt to local laws and regulations;
- Adapt & implement On Location’s and Endeavor’s ethics and anti-corruption programme locally, including the drafting and review of local policies and standards to adapt to local laws and regulations;
- Adapt & implement On Location’s and Endeavor’s anti-trust programme;
- Follow-up of other regulatory matters related to On Location’s business, in particular regarding its status as travel agency and relations with Atout France;
- Assist in the development and implementation of due diligences and duty of care programme in relation to external stakeholders (suppliers, subcontractors, etc.);
- Draft & keep up to date On Location’s local compliance risk mapping and related risk analysis;
- Monitor On Location’s local compliance programmes (ethics and anti-corruption, privacy, antitrust) and report regularly to Top Management;
- Identify and propose action plans to Top Management for the continuous update and improvement of On Location’s compliance programmes;
- Provide support in case of requests for information or audits/investigations from regulatory authorities (AFA, CNIL, etc.);
- Create and provide regular trainings and raise awareness internally on compliance matters;
- Serve as the primary contact for compliance related questions, training, policy and procedure interpretation and alignment by all departments.
The position will be based in Paris, France, and will report to the VP Legal & Business Affairs.

You Have These:
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- 10+ years of experience in the implementation and monitoring of compliance and privacy programmes, ideally in France. Experience of the hospitality industry is a plus.
- Vast knowledge and expertise of French and European compliance legislation in the fields of anti-corruption, personal data and antitrust.
- Ability to transform abstract concepts into pragmatic solutions.
- Ability to convey information clearly and concisely, in particular to explain compliance matters and On Location’s position to internal and external stakeholders.
- A rigorous and curious mind, a strong work ethic and a team player.
- Fluency in French and English.
