Ticket Sales and Services: Premium/Suite Service
Are you passionate about providing top-level service to an energized fan base? The New Orleans Saints and Pelicans pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our fans in order to elevate our patrons experiences, and we are looking for someone to lead our Premium Services team!

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 2 coordinators and 3 associates to provide elevated customer service to both premium and non-premium Saints and Pelicans season ticket holders and fans
  • Manage and execute Saints and Pelicans season ticket holder benefits and incentives
  • Execute Saints Premium Events (Golf Outings, Away Trips, Ticket Pick-Up Events, VIP Areas at Saints Training Camp, etc.)
  • Execute Non-Premium Events (Saints Club Holder Training Camp, Saints Crawfish Boil, etc.)
  • Execute Pelicans Squad 6 (Draft Party, Rookie Orientation, Season Ticket Holder Appreciation), Squad 6 Elite (Golf Outing, Away Trip, Ticket Pickup, Open Practice, etc.) 
  • Oversee and provide service to season ticket holders and fans on Saints and Pelicans game day through
  • Monitoring and checking all Premium areas including suites, club Rooms, courtside club, chairman’s club, loge Boxes, and floor seating have been set up and are being executed correctly
  • Benefits and incentives are being executed correctly such as the Pelicans Beer Garden
  • Coordinate with corporate partnerships on: 
    • Premium Benefits 
    • Inventory Questions 
    • Concert and Events 
  • Manage concert and events with ASM
  • Assist with ordering catering with Centerplate for game nights and events
  • Manage and oversee Saints and Pelicans player autograph signings
  • Assist and provide customer service to season ticket holders and fans via phone calls, email conversations, and face-to-face appointments. These include: 
    • ADA/Accessible Seating Assistance 
    • Escalated Customer Service Issues from Saints General Line 
    • Collections 
  • Assist Director of Service and Retention with concepts and ideas for Premium 
    • Renewal and Touchpoint Campaigns 
    • Benefits and Incentives 
    • Ticketing and Gifts 
  • Provide customer service to inbound calls from STHs and fans for both teams on Saints and Pelicans general customer service lines when necessary
  • Manage and assist in hiring of 3 person associate team
  • Assist in drafting and organization of suite contracts
  • Assist in communications sent out to both Premium and Non-Premium Season Ticket Holders
  • Assist in invoicing and processing orders for clients
  • Assist with department administrative duties including, but not limited to mailings, preparing agreements, keeping accurate information with account databases, ticket delivery.
  • Attend team and community events for maximizing service opportunities.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with all levels in the organization
  • Ability to work under the stress of deadlines and prioritize work when given multiple projects
  • Ability to take direction and work well with others
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, some holidays and event nights
  • Other duties as assigned by department leadership

Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Proficient with Microsoft CRM and Seat Geek SRO preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous Experience working in a Sports Ticket Sales and Service Department Preferred
