Position Overview: The Sr. Director, Global Partnership Activation directs and leads a team focused on the implementation of partner-related business objectives. Dedication towards ensuring all elements of Partner contracts are executed & delivered in an optimal fashion. Aligning with Monumental Sports’ goal of ensuring a world-class service experience for Global Partners is paramount.
Responsibilities: 
  • Manage & lead Global Partnership Activation team.
  • Ensure delivery of all Global Partner contracted elements.
  • Develop touch point plan to create optimal communication with Global Partners.
  • Manage & assist Global Partnership Activation team towards executing key partner platforms & elements.
  • Assist team in fulfillment of major activation initiatives.
  • Work with Business Intelligence to ensure tracking of deliverable metrics.
  • Establish a plan to optimize internal tracking & communication.
  • Examine various technologies to efficiently deliver a seamless partnership experience and ensure adoption across Global Partnership Activation team.
  • Work with other departments & executives in order to execute partnership activation initiatives to ensure viability across in-venue integrations.
  • Work with Global Partnership Sales Team to ensure positive revenue growth.
  • Support plan for new business growth across all Monumental Sports platforms.
  • Work with Sales Executives to ensure renewals & growth of current partner base.
  • Ensure optimal communication among sales & service teammates.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 10 plus years of Sports Industry experience preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, activation and/or marketing is required.
  • Measurable experience in execution of multi-faceted marketing plans.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience required.
  • Must be innovative, hard-working, and enthusiastic.
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage business relationships in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends/flexible schedule.
