The Volleyball Team Sales Director will utilize sales techniques and closing methods to drive team uniform and apparel sales. Goals will be set and a game plan will be established to allow the Volleyball Team Sales Director the opportunity to achieve and surpass goals. Candidates must live in the Philadelphia, PA or Boston, MA area or be willing to relocate.
- Acquiring new customers throughout various regions
- Working as a team with other staff members to plan and implement tournaments and promotional events
- Actively promoting existing events and programs
- Development and refinement our the marketing plan
- Assist in weekend tournaments operations including tournament and site directing responsibilities
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong writing and communications skills
- Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment and improvise in situations
- Ability to work extended hours including nights and weekends
