Event and Security Manager:

S.A.F.E. Management, provider of security and guest service staffing for the State Farm Stadium is seeking a motivated, organized and dependable individual to join our Management Team.

Qualified Applicants must possess;

Strong Computer skills including experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Access)
Flexible Schedule to accommodate nights, weekends, holidays and events
Knowledge of Human Resources including all aspects of the hiring and training process
Ability to execute assignments and/or tasks in a timely efficient manner with attention to detail
Self Motivated
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Payroll knowledge preferred
All candidates must possess a positive attitude
Professional image
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Must pass a criminal background check
Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Job Description

Maintaining the Team Member Database
Maintaining personnel files for all Team Members
Preparing the 24/7 schedule on a bi-weekly basis
- Experience with a 24/7 operation preferred
Purchasing of supplies and equipment
Assist with Event Management at both State Farm Stadium and outside events
Assist with the recruitment process
- Advertising
- Interviewing
- Training
Assisting with all internal communications
- Training Materials
- E-mails
- Phone Calls
Assisting with all aspects of managing events
- Planning
- Scheduling
- Supervising
Assisting with the administrative aspect of the office
- Scheduling part-time support
- Answering phones
- Receiving and distributing mail, as well as preparing outgoing mail
- Receiving and replying to general staff inquiries via email
