THE ROLE
The Marketing Manager will collaborate with senior management to provide leadership and guidance on overall marketing strategy.  The Marketing Manager will lead the daily planning and execution related to our brand, product, content, digital and event marketing efforts, resulting in long-term profitable growth and a strong brand identity.
 
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
·        Protect the Brand
·        Be a thought leader
·        Develop and execute digital strategies for company’s social media channels
·        Collaborate with eCommerce Manager to develop digital strategy for database marketing
·        Work closely with Business Development to define segments and provide ideas
·        Partner with Customer Service and sales channels to design a memorable customer experience
·        Develop and manage messaging
·        Interpret results and measure ROI
·        Oversee delivery of marketing assets from our contractual partners
·        Collaborate on media relations strategy and responsibilities
·        Must be available to travel 20-25% (Largely domestic, with a possibility of international travel)
 
QUALIFICATIONS
·        Must have a college degree in a related field
·        Minimum three years of marketing experience, or related work experience
·        Knowledge of motorsports industry preferred
·        Experience with social media content strategy
·        Graphic and content design experience is a plus
·        Entrepreneurial mindset
·        Enjoys building and fostering business partnerships
·        Strong desire to learn and expand individual skill set
·        Should love data and interpreting results
·        Must be comfortable with ambiguity
