We help our players maximize their revenue and potential both on and off the field and have successfully negotiated over a billion dollars in contracts. Description of Position:

The Marketing Director will work closely with the NFL Agents and clients to help procure and negotiate marketing deals for clients. Specifically, the duties of the position shall include, but not be limited to the following:

Procure, negotiate and activate marketing/endorsement deals for clients
Create marketing proposals, branding strategies and pitches tailored for individual clients, including prospective clients
Conduct comprehensive market research to generate new business relationships and creative streams of revenue
Coordinate logistics for client events including football camps and community events
Work hand-in-hand with public relations team on several initiatives, including:
- Procuring paid and non-paid appearances and leverage all corresponding press
- Securing high-profile media opportunities and national stories/features through TV/Radio/Print
Launch, oversee and monetize clients’ social media platforms and websites
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and corresponding revenue generation on a monthly basis
Support day-to-day operations of agency including invoicing and collecting revenue

Qualifications:

1-2+ years of significant sports marketing experience, preferably on the athlete representation side
- Must demonstrate ability in procuring and negotiating marketing deals
- Having a comprehensive list of contacts and existing leads is a plus
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills and the ability to network and create new contacts
Fast-paced environment so candidate should be a self-starter with entrepreneurial/creative talents
Ability to manage time sensitive projects (short timelines, last minute requests and changes) and communicate with a team of various working styles and preferences
Candidate must be highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus
Candidate must have comprehensive sports knowledge (especially with the NFL) and must have a cumulative undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0 (same requirement for graduate school, if applicable)
Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends and be willing to travel occasionally
