KORE Software is looking for a Success Consultant to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for working directly with customer accounts in the sports and entertainment industry to develop and maintain relationships that promote retention and loyalty, while consulting on the best practices in the industry and utilizing the KORE product. This Success department supports KORE’s ProSports line of Business Process and Data Warehouse software packages.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze customer needs and assess fit with KORE’s software and professional services
Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
Lead clients through all aspects of their relationship with KORE – including planning, customer setup, onboarding, training, and ongoing strategy and consulting.
Travel to customer locations for all relevant aspects of the implementation and training process
Work closely with the product development team to convert customer feedback into new features

Basic Qualifications:

Ability to build rapport with customers
Strong oral and written communication skills
1-2 years of experience in client services, software, sports analytics, CRM or related field
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors in Business, Information Systems, or related degree
Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce experience is highly preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in the sports or entertainment industry
Strong interpersonal relationship skills
Experience with using/supporting SaaS software
Technical or developer experience with programming or hands-on system configuration
