Weekly non-paid internship training and work, all work can be used for personal portfolios. Gameday hours paid hourly. Meals provided during games.

Who We Are:

The Highline Bears will be hiring a media marketing intern for their 2019 summer season. The Highline Bears Baseball Club is a summer collegiate baseball team in the Pacific International League. The Pacific International League (PIL) was founded in 1992 and is part of the National Baseball Congress. The team runs from May through the second week in August. The Highline Bears are a community oriented team, working with non-profit foundations and community groups on a daily basis.

Position Description:

The Media Marketing Intern will be working hands on with the CEO, and COO on promoting the organization, executing the 2019 marketing plan and achieving its goals within the community. They will plan, produce, direct, edit, and publish original content through different mediums. Content will be used for TV, print, online advertising, published on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube and SnapChat. The intern may also be asked to do other gameday tasks based on demand.

Duties (include but are not limited to):

Developing creative ideas to promote the brand
Creating pre-season commercials and promotional ads
Filming and photographing games, practices and events
Posting videos & photos on social media
Producing pre-game and post game media content
Reading & researching all provided materials & resources
Planning and working community events to promote the team
