All American Games (AAG) -- the country’s premier prep and youth sports marketing agency -- is seeking a social media coordinator to support the development and implementation of marketing and communication efforts across our social and digital platforms.

This AAG Teammate will operate collaboratively with the entirety of the Marketing & Communications team, and work alongside and report directly to Mike Ulatoski - Director of Marketing.

Key Accountabilities: • Maintaining consistent brand messaging across AAG’s social and digital environments • Creating excellent digital assets -- including written articles, videos, releases and advisories, graphics, and messages with fewer than 140 characters • Understanding today’s distribution channels, and their respective audiences • Assisting in the development and execution of integrated marketing team projects • Assisting in building and maintaining webpages, sections, and web content via Wordpress • Assisting in social media audience interaction, tactic development, and strategy execution • Generating new digital marketing content ideas, and keeping current with advancements.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sport Management, or a field related to position accountabilities • Comprehension of the mindsets of millennial athletes, and their Gen X parents/coaches • Ability to travel for both short and long periods throughout the calendar year • Must work full time at our New Jersey headquarters, but realize the position accountabilities require activity beyond a typical 9-5 position.
