Some of our legendary partners include Bay FC, FC Barcelona, the University of Kansas, the Buffalo Bills, and Sofi Stadium.  A true partnership on every level.   


Legends is seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. Legends is committed to nurturing rising junior and senior year college students with an interest in a career in sports and entertainment. Interns will focus on enhancing our marketing strategy, recruitment and talent plan, and operational solutions. Interns will be mentored by industry leaders the “Legendary Way.”  

Responsibilities include strategic business development, recruitment and talent acquisition, client gifting, organizing archival case studies, researching industry metrics, developing presentations, and participating in diversity and inclusion efforts.  

This internship provides opportunities for students to learn and grow professionally while stimulating their excitement for Legends and the sports and entertainment industry. In-person/hybrid internships are offered in Dallas, TX and New York City, NY. If you do not reside in one of these markets, the internship will be fully virtual. Travel will be required.  


  • Provide support to 10+ Global Sales team members as needed.​ 
  • Collaborate and establish rapport with your mentor to complete tasks. These tasks might look different each day, but regardless of the project, complete it in a timely yet diligent manner. ​ 
  • Educate yourself on what Legends does and contribute innovative service recommendations for our partners (service examples: premium seating, ticket sales, marketing campaigns, corporate event hospitality, etc.) 
  • Participate in 1-on-1 professional development and networking discussions with Legends leaders to learn more about their role in the organization and industry. 
  • Schedule daily video Teams meetings with staff and write clear email  
  • Grow and develop relational skills and business acumen through networking. 
  • Maintain a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset and regularly take initiative when faced with challenging tasks. 
  • Complete a capstone project that supports the growth of the Legends brand.  


To perform this job successfully, the intern must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required.  

  • College student, Bachelor's or Master's track, with a GPA of at least 3.0 at graduation (If you are a current college student who will complete coursework by January and still need an internship, you are also eligible.) 
  • Strong research skills with the ability to analyze league, team, and hospitality trends. 
  • Key interest in human resources, marketing, and/or the sports and entertainment industry. 
  • Eager to learn and collaborate with multiple divisions within the Legends ecosystem to drive results. 
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask multiple projects at once. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and Outlook. 
  • Knowledge in CRM and Project Management software (Salesforce, Asana, etc.) is a plus.

$16.00 Per Hour

This role does not provide a relocation or housing stipend. The internship application period will remain open until December 10, 2023.
