Nature of Work:
Supports the successful execution of Denver Nuggets promotional campaigns and media strategy under the supervision of the Marketing Director.
Key Duties:
- Contribute to the creation, development, and execution of marketing strategies and ad campaigns that align with team messaging and target markets
- Coordinate the creative process and production of marketing and promotional materials/assets.
- Ensure brand is properly and consistently represented in all external uses, including digital, out of home, television, radio and print.
- Develop briefs for paid/promotional campaigns and ensure all deliverables are within the brand guideline and delivered on time.
- Utilize marketing data to evaluate performance, ensure campaigns are running as planned and inform ongoing decision making
- Assist with demand generation strategy to attract new consumers to the purchase funnel, with a framework encompassing lead generation, nurturing, conversion and retention.
- Coordinate project management process to better collaborate between departments
- Continually track and research industry best practices and trends to predict and find opportunities for the Nuggets brand to remain relevant.
- Work cross-functionally to initiate marketing projects and align priorities.
- Helps to maintain the Nuggets Media/Marketing Budget, update/reviews the marketing calendar and reporting.
- Write copy for collateral, radio, TV and print ads on a weekly basis and handles the insertion of all media throughout the season.
- Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in field or related field
- Experience as a Marketing/Promotions Coordinator or Marketing Assistant preferred.
- Knowledge of sports marketing, entertainment business and media buying software/knowledge, preferred.

Compensation
- Base salary/hourly range $19.35 - $21.83 per hour
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
