The goal of the Sales Operations Manager is to support the sales and marketing efforts of Learfield IMG Ticket Solutions across all aspects of the business. This individual will help drive revenue and efficiency through a variety of administrative and sales oriented tasks aimed at making the leadership team more effective, and thus driving an aggressive growth strategy for the team.
Support leadership with creating and managing contracts, amendments, invoices, and expense reports.
Coordinate the planning and logistics for weekly and monthly calls and webinars, quarterly meetings, and annual department conference
Assist the Director of Marketing with the creation of sales collateral, order forms, promo codes, web offers, and other marketing materials needed for sales events
Promote company and individual achievements via a variety of channels including but not limited to emails, social media and website
Provide administrative support as assigned for leadership team including but not limited to travel coordination, organization, sales reports, expense reports, etc…
Support management with clear and consistent reporting of sales performance, with a particular focus on tracking sales contest progress and associated rewards
Create and maintain proprietary MVP training and onboarding manuals
Provide research and prospecting tools for sales teams at various University partners on an as-needed basis
Foster positive working relationships with various departments within Learfield IMG College.
Other office duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; degree in Marketing, Communications, or Sports Management preferable, but not required.
3+ Years sales and/or customer service experience in college or professional sports is preferable, but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working in a fast paced environment with the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritize.
