VICE PRESIDENT OF PRODUCT MANAGEMENT– OVERVIEW:  As Vice President, Product Management, you will report to the Company’s Head of Innovation and your goal will be to launch our product platform and develop scalable software solutions we can deliver to our clients.  This position requires you to closely work with our outsourced developers as well as design, marketing, sales, and insights teams. You will oversee all our products throughout each product’s lifecycle.  This will include determining what customers want, helping the business to build the right product, and supporting the business to sell it. 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 
  • Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company 
  • Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective 
  • Assess current competitor's offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation  
  • Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure their successful 
  • Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments 
  • Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans 
  • Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company 
  • Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective

QUALIFICATIONS: 
 
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager 
  • Ability to be successful in defining and launching successful products  
  • Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle (knowledge in SEM and online advertising preferred) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree (graduate degree preferred) 
  • Excellent teamwork skills 
  • Highly effective cross-functional team management
