Ticket Operations: Ticket Operations
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem solving skills required
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle money and make change quickly and accurately
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using Archtics computerized ticketing software or any other computerized ticketing software preferred, not required
  • Previous work experience in a ticket office or university athletic department preferred
  • Providing optimum customer service at all times
  • Manage and coordinate all charitable donation requests
  • Hire, train, and schedule ticket takers for all ticketed events
  • Fulfill athletic department ticket requests
  • Execution of game day ticketing sales and distribution
  • Assisting in season ticket sales, renewals, and mailings
  • Player pass list/compliance management using Jumpforward website
  • Training and supervision of student workers and game day staff
  • Utilization of Archtics computerized ticketing software 
  • Other duties as assigned by Director of Ticket Operations and Director of Ticket Sales

  • Position Terms:

  • Compensation: $20,000 annually

  • In addition to regular office hours, the qualified candidate must be available to work all of BGSU’s home athletic events as well as possible special events

  • Successful candidate must pass background check and maintain a valid driver’s license
