Summary

The Coord. of Partnership Services is responsible for servicing, maintaining, and developing corporate partnerships, suites, and all other related opportunities. They will serve as a primary liaison between the organization and corporate partners. They will also oversee the fulfillment of all contractual elements for an assigned list of corporate partners, suite holders and season ticket holders. This individual will manage the overall experience and value for corporate partners in their collaboration with each property. They will track inventory and ensure full utilization of key corporate partnership and media platforms and help establish new processes and systems for proactive partner communication, inventory tracking, top partnership tier deliverables and client hospitality. 

 
Duties & Responsibilities

Manage a list of assigned corporate partnerships and suite holders, including contract fulfillment and day to day contact

  • Fulfill the following elements for corporate partnerships and suite holders: gameday activation, community programs, hospitality, digital (internet/social media/email blasts), merchandise/premiums, print, signage, media (TV/radio), promotions, contest, tickets, and other elements as necessary
  • Manage the fulfillment and execution of all assigned partnership programs to ensure all contractual partnership obligations are being met during each season (signage, events, promotions, contests, programming, campaigns, tickets, etc.)
  • Assist in preparing and managing purchase orders for the department
  • Assist with gameday auditing and adjustments to ensure fulfillment of all partnership commitments
  • Conduct research projects to support the department and staff
  • Assist in managing all gameday and event catering orders and invoices for department
  • Assist with prospecting and researching for new business leads, opportunities, and partnerships
  • Assist with development of new and tailored programs and campaigns to meet the specific needs of each partner
  • Communicate regularly with current partners through phone calls, emails, personal appointments, and hospitality at organizational events
  • A strong focus on relationships, development, customer retention and service
  • Track all relevant business development correspondence and revenue data through KORE
  • Work with other departments (community relations, marketing, operations, game presentation, etc.) within the organization to ensure the implementation of all corporate partnership and suite inventory
  • Assist with corporate partnership presentations and meetings (prepare action plans, renewal proposals, end-of-year recaps/post analysis, meeting agendas, etc.)
  • Build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, to help aid in development of the department and the organization
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all assigned partners of the organization
  • Active participation in organizational development ideation sessions
  • Have knowledge of league rules and regulations
  • Have knowledge of facility operations, concessions, and catering
  • Assist with individual game suite sales, fulfillment and servicing
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned
 
Minimum Qualifications for the Position:

  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ work experience in sports-related marketing, business, sales, customer service, events and/or media is required
  • BA/BS in marketing or related field
  • Experience leading projects from start to finish
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
  • Solid leadership skills and a proven track record of success
  • High energy; ability to remain focused on revenue / retention goals, work independently and collaboratively
  • Work schedule must be flexible and be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.  Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, KORE and Adobe Photoshop is a plus
