Summary 
The General Manager is responsible managing the Restaurant and Catering operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The General Manager will forecast, plan and manage all inventory, staff and financials. In addition maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Core Responsibilities
·         Establish restaurant business plan by surveying restaurant demand; conferring with people in the community; identifying and evaluating competitors; preparing financial, marketing and sales projections, analyses and estimates. 
·         Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations including but not limited hospitality wage order, labor laws, health standards and food quality standards. 
·         Maintains guest satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building relationships with preferred guests. 
·         Monitor and manage guest complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient follow up for same to receive feedback. 
·         Coordinate with team to meet sales target. 
·         Assist and provide training to team members. 
·         Perform regular inspections of food and beverage preparation and presentation. 
·         Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels.
·         Manage subordinate productivity by providing both complimentary and constructive feedback. 
·         Work with Human Resources department for staffing and employee relation issues. 
·         Maintain professional and technical knowledge by tracking emerging trends in the restaurant industry and bench marking state-of-the-art practices.  
·         Maintains confidentiality when appropriate. 
·         Other duties as assigned. 
 
Minimum Qualifications for the Position:
·         Minimum of 5+ years F&B General Manager experience

·         Excellent organizational and analytical skills
·         Strong leadership, organizational and delegation skills
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
·         Works well under pressure and with minimal supervision
·         Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner. 
·         Ability to work in a team environment
·         Love of Sports and Passion for Western New York
