We are seeking an experienced individual who has strong leadership skills and a passion for quality guest service. 
Job Requirements:
Lead all operations for this high-volume restaurant.

Monitor and manage guest complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient follow up for same to receive feedback.

Perform regular inspection of food and beverage preparation and presentation and maintain inventory to enhance sales.

Maintain and ensure compliance to established food quality and standards.

Manage workload and ensure effective working of restaurant activities and maintain excellent standards to meet operational expectations.

Assist and provide training to team members.
Coordinate with restaurant management for everyday operation and maintain financial and administrative records.

Ensure compliance with prescribed standards and local state and federal laws in labor costs, and guest relations.

Assist employee teams to provide excellent guest service.

Maintain proper sanitation, hygiene standards in kitchen and maintain effective restaurant presentation.

Coordinate with team to meet sales target, ensure guest satisfaction and follow company procedures to increase productivity.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 yrs restaurant management experience;
  • The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong People Management Skills
  • Works well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Honest and able to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner.
  • Assertive and friendly with a positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
  • Must be detail oriented and errors to a minimum.
  • Ability to work well in team environment.
  • A love for sports
  • A passion for Western New York.
