Summary
As a Front of the House Restaurant Supervisor you are the front line with our staff and with our guests. It is imperative that you have a passion for quality customer service and ensure our guests experience our high standards of service the moment they walk through the door. The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for assisting the manager(s) on duty and adding value through guest satisfaction and employee engagement. 
 
Core Responsibilities
·         Ability to create a fun and exciting guest experience
·         Evaluate lights, music levels, temperatures and overall ambiance of the restaurant
·         Maintains guest satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building relationships with preferred guests
·         Ensue all VIPs are noted and all guest names are being captured
·         Leads by example to demonstrate that the guest is top priority and reinforces positive hospitality behaviors with team members
·         Review ticket times and address appropriately
·         Ensure communication areas and Micros are up to date with 86s and all staff is informed
·         Assist in managing Open Table – be aware of open menu count and number of reservations
·         Apply discounts and comps when appropriate
·         Provides timely feedback to team members
·         Passion for delivering quality food and drinks
·         Responds to guest service complaints in a timely manner, resolving problems and turning potentially negative situations into positive situations using L.A.S.T. (Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank)
·         Unique and friendly service at every touch point
·         Restroom Checks – spot check restrooms are clean and spotless and address if not in proper order. 
·         Maintains all restaurant and bar areas are setup and laid out according to established standards
·         Assist in running food and expo and any other area when needed. 
·         Other duties as assigned
 
Minimum Qualifications for the Position:
·         Must be at least 18 years of age
·         1+ years in a Front of the House (FOH) Managerial role with exposure in a full service, luxury restaurant
