Responsibilities

  • Answer all Ticket related inquiries in assigned areas.
  • Deliver superior customer service to all Buffalo Bills Training Camp guests.
  • Maintain a high-level of accuracy with all Ticket Office policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for selling Season Tickets, Group Tickets and Single Game Tickets while at Training Camp.
  • Work closely with Account Service and Sales teams in relationship building of current and prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with current and prospective customers.
  • Perform computer work as needed (Archtics ticketing system, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
  • Perform basic office functions as needed.
  • Conduct daily review of assigned area and potential areas of improvement.
  • Provide administrative support for a variety of event related activities.
  • Assist with off-site events, errands, and deliveries as needed.
  • Assist with Ticket Office events at New Era Field as needed.
  • Provide support to Football Operations department as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.
 

Experience/Skills/Requirements

  •  The ideal candidate should have great people skills, be customer service oriented, and have outstanding leadership ability.
  • Qualified candidates must be self-motivated and have great organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with focus on driving revenue and getting sales leads.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Individual must possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have a good working knowledge of the following Microsoft Office products: Word and Excel, and ability to learn other applicable computer software (Archtics ticketing system and Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
  • Qualified candidates must thrive in a team-first atmosphere and should also be able to give intelligent feedback and opinions constructively.
  • Individual needs to be an effective problem solver and solve issues by using available resources.
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking in front of larger groups of people and be able to effectively communicate to large groups as well as one-on-one with people.
  • Candidate must have a flexible schedule and be able to work various hours including evenings, weekends, and special events.
  • Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be able to perform in an outdoor work environment.
  • Candidates must temporarily relocate to Rochester, NY for the duration of the internship. Temporary housing is provided.
