We will enhance the guest experience by providing superior guest services through dedicated team members who are professionally trained and empowered to make it happen.

GUEST SERVICES AMBASSADOR:
This position provides guests with a consistent, positive, and friendly experience at Highmark Stadium. Guest Service Ambassadors prove information on security screening procedures to guests and assist other team members in enforcing stadium rules and policies. The goal of a Guest Service Ambassador is to provide a safe, clean, comfortable, and family friendly experience to all guests visiting Highmark Stadium.

GUEST SERVICES TICKET TAKER/USHER*:
This is a dual function within the Guest Services department. Team members greet guests as they enter Highmark stadium while scanning their tickets, as well as assist guests in locating their assigned seats during events at Highmark Stadium. Team Members may be assigned as a Ticket Taker, an Usher, or both depending on event scheduling. This position provides guests with a consistent, positive, and friendly experience at Highmark Stadium. Usher/Ticket Takers assist other team members in enforcing stadium rules and policies. The goal this position is to provide a safe, clean, comfortable, and family friendly experience to all guests visiting Highmark Stadium.
*Note – this position is a part of the SEIU Local 200 Ushers and Ticket Takers Union. Union members are required to pay yearly membership dues each season.

Interviews begin in May, 2022. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Inspect areas for safety hazards and report issues to Event Command center.
• Greet all guests as the arrive, welcoming them to Highmark Stadium.
• Provide accurate, detailed directions to and from stadium locations such as seating areas, restrooms, and concession areas by utilizing provided resources.
• Promote Guest Services programs and initiatives.
• Enforce Wait for the Whistle policy.
• Proactively monitor areas throughout the stadium to ensure guests safety and enjoyment of the event.
• Recognize and resolve customer concerns and situations effectively in conjunction with Stadium Security and Guest Service Supervisors.
• Thank all guests for attending as they are leaving.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

GUEST SERVICE AMBASSADOR:
• Inform guests of security screen process, mobile ticketing procedure and general stadium policies and procedures.
• Manage giveaway/promotional items for guests as needed.

TICKET TAKER/USHER:
• Properly scan every guest’s ticket to ensure that each guest that enters Highmark Stadium has a valid ticket.
• Check tickets as guests enter seating area. Direct guests to ticketed seating location.
• Conduct aisle walks throughout the game looking for any irregularities or problems in assigned area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong communication skills.
• Personable, engaging, outgoing.
• Quick learner: ability to adapt to different situations.
• Team Player - works well with others.
• Attend mandatory training classes, all Buffalo Bills home games and additional events as required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment.
• Ability to walk long distances, climb stairs, and stand for 6 hours or more.
• Ability to be outdoors in all weather conditions for 6 hours or more.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from Highmark Stadium.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays when required.
• All applicants musts be 18 years of age or older and successfully pass a background check.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Prior customer service experience
• Ability to understand and utilize technology, including, but not limited to iPads, iPhones, Ticket Scanners, Laptops & Radios
