Position Summary:

The Regional Talent Coordinator will to help develop and facilitate the offer, execution, and settlements of artist offers for locally produced events, regional block tour bundles, and national tour bundles. The position will be responsible for developing proficiency in all aspects of booking including ticketing, marketing, and artist/internal settlement. This position is intended to expedite the training of the employee in order to become a lead talent buyer at one of the AEG Presents offices within North America.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist Talent Buyer with the booking of events. Draft offers for artists and venues based on projected ticket sales. Coordinate with venues to place calendar holds and coordinate with the availability of an artist and routing.
  • Communicate between regional office and touring department to assist with building offers and tracking status internally throughout execution.
  • Submit offers to venues and agents. Follow up to ensure that appropriate documents are in order. Assist with ticket pricing, marketing, budgeting, & catering.
  • Work with senior team to coordinate national offers and build business plans for prospective national tours/bundles.
  • Maintain show files, manage the financial settlement of Artist performances including settling on site night of show as needed, and complete internal close out of show prior to submitting to accounting dept.
  • Responsible for various administrative tasks including submission of checks and contracts, ordering of petty cash, and revision of contracts for vendors and artists.
  • Research and help pursue bringing new artist opportunities to the company artist research by pulling Broadcast Data Systems (BDS) reports and researching new promotional opportunities to expand business.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred) In Journalist and Communication preferred
  • 0-2 years Of related work experience - in Photoshop preferred
  • KSAs
  • Computer savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to navigate social media platforms
  • Strong interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast paced environment
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
  • Ability and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required
  • Knowledge of the music industry preferred
Licenses and Certifications
  • Must be able to pass applicable occupational health screening and have the ability to use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Must be able to pass applicable background check and/or drug screen.

Salary Range (Depending on Experience):

  • $30.00 p/h to $36.06 p/h


  • This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
