REVELxp provides a unique customer experience through its turnkey tailgate solutions, and bellhops are often the “face” of this experience. Bellhops provide the touchpoints on a game day that ensure customers receive top-notch service and leave satisfied with the product received.
Duties and responsibilities
- Greet customers and guests
- Exhibit outstanding customer service
- Transport customers’ tailgating equipment to their respective tailgate locations
- Maintain tailgate sites and respond to any inquiries and/or needs
- Assist Production Manager with day-specific needs
Qualifications
- Team oriented mindset (must be a “team player”)
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and peers
- Comfortable with working weekends
- Willingness to work outside and in varying weather conditions
Compensation
- Part time, 20-30 hours/week
- Seasonal (August-December)
- Rate: $13/hour

Physical requirements
The applicant must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods of time. The applicant must be comfortable lifting objects over their head, and must be comfortable lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
