REVELXP is currently looking for a highly driven individual to provide tactical support in the growth and expansion of the company. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of initiatives related to maintaining venue partner relationships, prepping meeting materials, and supporting internal and external communication. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be very detail oriented.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:
· Support and assist with the overall Business Development planning and execution for REVELXP
· Assist with the preparation and production of pitch decks, RFP’s, new business proposals, and any other necessary business development materials as necessary
· Track prospective and current partner communication to ensure timely responses and confirm follow up items are fulfilled
· Coordinate and communicate with appropriate internal resources to gather relevant materials and company information
· Review and edit internal and external materials
· Maintain and update partner database with contract information, contacts and mailing lists
· Manage client inquiries via email or phone
· Performs various administrative duties including scheduling, expense reporting, invoicing, and other budgetary needs including management of timely revenue collections from partners
· Assist with analyzing prospective clients through conducting research and creating questionnaires
· Willingness to travel to support with business development meetings
· Other special projects and duties as assigned
Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college
· The ability to work independently -- be a self-starter and proactive
· Strong organization, communication, follow up and interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail
· Proficient in research and ability to synthesize information for management
· Experience in managing numerous projects at once within a fast-paced environment; time management is key
· High level of initiative, specifically in the areas of company growth and process improvement
· Results-driven; willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish the goal
· Strong desire to learn and grow within the company
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
