New Hampshire Motor Speedway is looking for a highly-motivated individual that is passionate for digital media and prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. The focus of this position will be to lead video creation and assist the Digital/Social Content Manager in daily operations, content creation/scheduling and engaging with our fans on social media and other channels. Although these will be the primary responsibilities of this position, this person will be asked to help in other departments when needed.

Responsibilities:

· Film and edit videos for the Marketing, Communications and other departments at New Hampshire Motor Speedway using Adobe Premiere Pro

· Assist in creation/resizing of digital graphics for web, social, app, and umbel

· Engage/respond to fans on NHMS social platforms daily

· Assist the Marketing and Communications departments where needed, especially leading up to events

· Work event nights/weekends assisting with live digital coverage

· Building contests/giveaways for NHMS fans to engage with via web, social, app, or umbel

· Creating trackable URL’s to collect data for the Tickets, Marketing, and Corporate Sales teams

· Stay on the cutting edge of social and technology trends

· Increase levels of digital engagement

· Tracking metrics for web, social, app, and umbel using different analytic tools

· Monitor Sprout Social on a daily bases

· Generating digital reports for the Corporate Sales team and our partners

Characteristics/Qualifications:

· 1 to 2 years of related work experience

· Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and Photoshop

· Experience with all major social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube)

· General knowledge of NASCAR and auto racing

· Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends

· Strong writing and communication skills

· Creative thinker/idea generator

· Experience with Sprout Social and Google Analytics is a plus

· Ability to listen and adapt in a fast-paced environment and take responsibility for projects from start to finish

· Passionate about their work and a desire to work hard
