Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide quality shipping and receiving customer service to both internal and external clients.
Picks up and drops off mail at Local post office, as necessary.
Collect, sorts and delivers incoming and interoffice mail to ensure accurate, timely delivery of materials.
Load and unload trucks with pallet jack or forklift assistance
Process freight and overnight shipments as needed.
Process outgoing mail with use of postage meter machine.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of shipping and receiving dock.
Update customers on new postal regulations as needed.
Maintain postage and shipping materials and ensure all locations are stocked with supplies.
Other duties as assigned or required.
