Appointed seasonal employee will team with and report directly to both the Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships and Corporate Partnerships Executive. Appointed seasonal employee will aid and coordinate fulfillment of major marketing initiatives, including event coordination, partner hospitality, data capture, promotional planning, and general work with corporate partners.
The department seasonal employee(s) is/are responsible for assisting all member of the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE INTERN SHALL INCLUDE assisting the Senior Manager and staff with the following department initiatives. Other duties may be assigned as necessary:
1. Fulfillment of major marketing initiatives
2. Event coordination
3. Event hospitality coordination
4. Data capture and management
5. Monitoring of media coverage
6. Management of media data and reporting
7. Post Event Partner Recaps
8. Sales and outreach calls
9. Fulfillment of contractual assets
10. Partnership clerical duties
11. Partnership advocacy
12. Promotional Events
