Position Overview:
The Facilities Runner supports all members of the UFC staff, including the UFC Executive team. This role is responsible for a variety of tasks and duties, and partners with multiple departments to ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility run smoothly.

Essential Functions: 
  • Picks up, prepares, and distributes incoming/outgoing mail between departments, including handling or moving large boxes and packages. 
  • Maintains supply stock, and orders supplies from USPS, UPS, and FedEx when needed. 
  • Collects and makes local deliveries that may include urgent mail, packages, etc. 
  • Replenishes water and other beverage stock daily, and maintains inventory and orders as needed. 
  • In conjunction with other department assistants, checks and replenishes copy paper supply for all areas. 
  • Drives company vehicle on daily runs to post office and other company-related duties throughout the day. 
  • Drives company vehicle to pick up and deliver items for events. 
  • Schedules maintenance on company vehicle, including interior and exterior maintenance. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Skills and Experience: 
  • Must posses a valid driver's license and have an acceptable driving record. 
  • Must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks with care and follow-through. 
  • Must be an excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilities. 
  • Strong time management skills. 
  • Positive, service-oriented personality. 
  • Friendly and open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. 
  • Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment. 
  • Dependable and proactive. 
  • Able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently. 
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
