Strategy for Winning:
Our office consists of people who are passionate, dedicated and innovative people. The Athlete Health and Performance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating medical care and ensuring that all athlete medical requirements and licenses are obtained in a timely manner for each event. This position entails significant interaction with athletes, athlete managers and various medical providers to ensure appropriate medical care and that all medical and licensing requirements are in place for each event.
Skills and Experience:
Associates degree in healthcare field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in Medical Administration field desired.
Knowledge and/or education pertaining to medical terminology.
Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and ability to learn other basic computer programs.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task, and handle various competing activities and interest simultaneously.
Availability to travel domestically and internationally when needed.
