We are looking for 2-3 Scrum Masters to ensure the predictable, efficient delivery of products across our portfolio of 200+ mobile sports apps. This is a 6-month contract-to-permanent position, based on our clients' needs and their projects' needs.
The ideal candidate has a passion for project management and sports, and can thrive in an environment where multiple weekly product releases are the norm. The successful candidate does not need much training, is ambitious, and seeks a broader role in the company by being involved in operations across multiple departments. We are a 24/7/365 global sports entity, so a passion for sports and digital platforms is necessary.

- Enjoys project management, and is articulate with both written and spoken communication
- Can work with stakeholders to bring organization, efficiency, and accountability into every project
What you will be doing...
- Leading multiple scrum teams on a daily basis
- Authoring actionable user stories and tasks from high-level requirements
- Tracking the progress of sprints and providing daily reports of status, risks, progress
- Eliminating blockers for the development/QA teams
- Maintaining the product backlog for different Product Owners and Clients
- Delivering product releases on time by supporting the Product Owners and Clients
Be our MVP if you have...
- Expert-level familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and JQL
- Experience with delivering software products in an Agile (Scrum) approach
- Experience with authoring user stories and tasks from stakeholder requirements
- Experience with evaluating risks and can be adaptive on the fly, when situations require it
- Experience with developing JIRA project-monitoring dashboards
- Strong work ethic with the ability to get things done, to meet deadlines with transparency and accountability
- Can thrive in a high energy fast-paced digital environment
- Degree in computer science or project management
