Administration/General Management: Administrative/Executive Assistant
YinzCam is looking for an ambitious and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator for a fast-paced company whose clients consist of over 200+ sports teams and leagues around the world, especially those in Spain, Mexico, and South America.

Job Duties:
  • Full-cycle recruiting for all job positions including, but not limited to: creating job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating preparation of offer letters.
  • Post job descriptions (LinkedIn, Ziprecruiter, Indeed, etc) and ensure that postings are up to date.
  • Increase pool of qualified candidates through effective sourcing techniques
  • Effectively screen and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Review candidate pre-employment assessments and provide feedback to the hiring team
  • Schedule interviews, collect feedback and progress candidates through each level of the recruiting phase in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular status reports and up-to-date candidate tracking
  • Develop strong relationships with college campuses and student groups. Organize and lead career fairs and networking events.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding (ordering equipment, new hire paperwork, etc)

  • BS degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Results oriented able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work both solo and in a team environment
  • Inquisitive and resourceful– not afraid to network within the company to ask relevant questions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
