YinzCam is looking for a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to be responsible for a range of HR administrative tasks, but to be primarily responsible for our recruitment and retention, through a period of significant and global growth in the company's history. We are keen to hire a go-getter who can work independently and efficiently to help us to staff up quickly and efficiently (for a range of technical and non-technical positions) to respond to new opportunities and clients across the globe. 

The ideal candidate has a passion for hiring, is highly organized, and is highly motivated to be a key and trusted team-member who is ambitious, eager, and willing to serve as the gate-keeper for our global growth. In addition, they must be a self-starter with the ability to advertise job openings, work with recruiters, go out and seek talent, interview candidates, perform reference-checks, and perform background checks. This is a key role for a person who will be the face and voice of our company during the recruitment process. We are a 24/7/365 global sports entity with 200+ professional sports clients around the world, so a solid understanding and love of sports is highly desired.

What you will be doing...
  • Leading the recruitment process, including creating and posting job descriptions on various sites, scheduling interviews, interviewing candidates, performing reference checks, and creating offer letters
  •  Serving as a representative of the company at career fairs in universities 
  • Proactively finding great candidates, even if they have not applied for our job postings
  • Managing new hire orientation and training
  • Processing and administering the onboarding and off-boarding of employees
  • Organizing and maintaining employee personnel files
  • Tracking employee information, such as contact information, anniversaries, etc. 
  • Acting as the contact for all employee payroll, PTO, benefit changes and updates 
  • Handling unemployment claims and employment verification requests
  • Managing and assisting in various special projects and HR initiatives as required
  • Ensuring the adherence to federal, state and local employment laws and make certain that the interpretation and implementation of company policies and procedures are in compliance with state and federal laws
  • Manage outside immigration attorney throughout the visa process and provide guidance to
    managers and employees as needed on green card and H Visa processes.
  • Confidentially assisting with day-to-day employee matters as needed
  • Handle other HR duties, as needed


Be our MVP if you have...
  • 2 years+ of experience in hiring and recruitment for a technology company with rapid growth
  • A stellar track-record in hiring, recruitment, and retention at other technology companies
  • Expertise or experience with hiring sites and their hiring processes
  • Experience or expertise with benefits management 
  • Ability to set and meet hiring targets, in response to the company's growing needs
  • Superb organization skills to stay on top of multiple job openings, multiple candidates, multiple interviews, and multiple hires
  • The drive to thrive in a high energy fast-paced high-growth environment
  • The ambition (and the work ethic to match it) to advance rapidly in an HR career 
  • Degree in human resources or related fields
