The Coordinator of Junior Tennis, will work closely with the USTA SoCal Junior Tennis Team providing administrative and technical support for Junior tournament administration, player development and communications.   

Job Duties
  • Providing administrative and tech support to the Junior Tennis  Dept.      
  • Working Tournament Desks at Junior Events throughout the Section
  • Handling the Tournament feedback process through weekly participant surveys
  • Managing Junior Tournament information on the USTA SoCal website, TennisLink, and TDM
  • Assisting with Tournament surcharges and sanctioning payments
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email to current and prospective USTA members

  • B.A. degree from an accredited four-year institution
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with competitive tennis
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong computer skills with intermediate Google Suite and Microsoft programs (Access, Word,  Excel, etc.)
Additional Desired Qualities:
  • Knowledge of USTA National & USTA SoCal junior development pathway
  • Playing background, junior/collegiate tennis 

Benefits and Other Details:  This is a full-time position. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401k plan, paid vacation, paid parking and laptop.  Base salary commensurate with experience.  SafePlay background check and completion of SafeSport training required, as well as a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
