Under the direction of the CEO provides administrative, clerical, and secretarial support.  
 
Essential Duties:
  • Handles general e-mails and reports as appropriate
  • Manages workflow for CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and work completed accurately.
  • Interfaces with the BOD on the CEO’s behalf to provide information as requested. 
  • Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing.  
 
Responsibilities:
  • Handles a large volume of calls, e-mails, and mailings including responding as authority permits, prioritizing information for executives and then communicating responses as directed.
  • Coordinates, as necessary, outcomes with various department personnel to follow up on CEO  requested information and reports. 
  • Maintains the calendar for the CEO and multiple conference rooms along with assisting them with major meeting invites
  • Schedules meetings, handle travel plans, sets-up meeting rooms, orders supplies, and other resources to facilitate a successful meeting environment.
  • Prepares correspondence, charts/graphs/spreadsheets, reports as well as expense reports.
  • Handles confidential and non-routine information as necessary.
  • Orders and maintains office supplies for national office personnel.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements:
  • Minimally an A.A. degree
  • At least 2 years of experience working for Director-level or C-Suite personnel in an Administrative Assistant role
  • Expert in using MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must possess and have the ability to demonstrate exceptional communication skills including verbal and written attributes. 
  • Ability to work independently as required.
  • Showcases professional decorum and discretion
