Job Title: Marketing Intern

Internship Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual and aspiring sports marketer to spearhead several projects that will offer valuable, real-world experience on fundamental marketing systems and processes. Projects will include coordinating, vetting and organizing content, aggregating and analyzing marketing data, and supporting social media calendars. This internship will provide a behind-the-scenes insight into how live events, marketing data and marketing content all come together to influence customer behavior. If you enjoy brand building, deep dives into data and learning new systems, this is the role for you.

Duration: 11 Weeks: May 23 – August 5: Start date can be flexible depending on school schedule.
Compensation: $550/week

Duties and Responsibilities

Download and analyze 2022 Trilogy Lacrosse event marketing data
Perform targeted CRM clean-up, maintenance and update projects as needed
Research and contact content creators in markets corresponding with Trilogy Lacrosse events
Aggregate and organize internal and external media content including photos, videos and logos
Utilize online research and personal outreach out to compile updated lacrosse information profiles for past Trilogy Lacrosse event attendees
Coordinate and support Trilogy Lacrosse events
Conduct other Market Research projects in support of management objectives

Required Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

Excellent organizational skills including spreadsheet management
Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency
Attention to detail and punctuality in communication and record keeping
Time-management skills: ability to prioritize and multi-task jobs associated with position
Professional and courteous oral and written communication skills
Active listening skills, calm demeanor, strong ability to follow-up, passion to see project through to completion
Ability to succeed in team-oriented and independent project environments
Ownership mentality for position-related responsibilities and company as a whole

Required Education and Experience:

Minimum of 1 Year of College Experience
Lacrosse playing experience is preferable, but not required
