Topnotch Management (TNM) is a boutique management agency which represents some of the top pickleball, tennis and soccer players in the world. TNM also manages and hosts several top-tier tennis events, and partners on tourism opportunities with sports tourism leader Grand Slam Tennis Tours.
Position:
Topnotch Management is seeking a Junior Agent to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing broad support to the lead agents across pickleball and tennis, with a focus on our pickleball division.
This position is one that offers a path for growth and responsibility within the company, and provides the opportunity to be an integral part of a leading sports agency. You will work alongside industry leaders and join a truly collaborative team. The expectation is that your work effectively supports the success of company projects and goals, directly leading to increased opportunities and revenue.

Key tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Client relationship management, including involvement with client events and activations.
- Prospecting and taking appropriate initiative with new business development.
- New and existing partnership support.
- Supporting client administration, including contract and finance support.
- Social media management and PR support.
- Creating client or new business meeting update presentations and reports.
- General assistance to the team with ongoing projects for our broad client base.
- Day-to-day coordination for the clients, including schedule management, travel arrangements, photo and media appearances, and general administrative support.
- This position requires frequent travel to events and meetings,
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- General understanding of commercial sports industry and the nature of management
- Hardworking, thrives off interesting work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Loves picking up the phone, and can craft an email.
- Excellent organizational skills; contract/document review experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize a busy workload.
- Ability to develop business relationships at all levels.
- The ability to travel with frequency, both domestically and internationally.
