Boston, MA

Full-service attractions and entertainment marketing agency based in Boston MA, is presently seeking a Graphic Designer to join their creative team and contribute to the design-based marketing efforts of its busy, growing agency assisting with multiple clients and brands. Applicants must have 3+ years of experience and a strong portfolio to be considered for this position. This is a part time, in-house position offering downtown office space. Potential to house you existing design service.

  • Hands-on creative and artistic direction of client projects from initial concept to final production-ready files: includes print, collateral, digital and OOH executions.
  • Create concepts, designs and graphic elements based on an understanding of campaign objectives and branding strategy.
  • Implement and maintain various client style guides and branding—ensure consistency of brand and creative across customer touch points.
  • Design and development of agency marketing and branding assets.

  • Expertise in Adobe CC, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; also comfortable with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Proficient in both print and digital production—can spec out both px and dpi.
  • Keen eye for typography and color; comfortable with website updates and design.
  • Great team collaborator—unafraid to ask questions and willing to take direction.
  • Able to work independently, maintain high-quality, and keep a sense of humor under pressure.
  • Organized, strong attention to detail, and proactive on follow-up to projects.
  • Proofreading and copy-editing skills, a plus-plus.
  • Experience with email marketing apps and animation software, a plus.
