Corporate Sales Manager, Milwaukee Milkmen

Overview
As a Corporate Sales Manager for the Milwaukee Milkmen, you will be equipped with the best sales training in sports. Then, on a day-to-day basis you will be interacting with business leaders sharing ways to: (1) reward or incentivize employees, and (2) share experiences and build relationships with clients through Milkmen ticket packages and group outings.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Prospect sales opportunities in assigned territory or categories
  • Responsible for generating and developing new business through leads lists, cold calls, networking events, speaking engagements, social channels, etc.
  • Maximize ticketing revenue by conducting both solo and team sales meetings
  • Exemplify the core characteristics of strong sales culture (e.g., strong interpersonal skills, prompt and professional follow-through, openness to new ideas and suggestions)
  • Maintain a high standard of integrity during the sales and service process with each client
  • Support a positive sales culture within the sales team, as well as the entire organization
  • Perform end-to-end account management within territory, including documentation of sales activity in CRM database
