The Accounting Seasonal Associate for The Arizona Sports Foundation is a part-time 15-20 hours per week position reporting to the Accounting Manager. The position assists with daily accounting functions during regular office hours (on-site in Scottsdale, Arizona), in addition to helping at Fiesta Bowl Events, including, but not limited to, Fiesta Bowl Parade (12/16/23), Guaranteed Rate Bowl (12/26/23), and Vrbo Fiesta Bowl (1/1/24).

The position begins approximately December 11, 2023 and ends approximately January 31, 2024, with the possibility of extending the completion date to February 15, 2024.

The hourly pay rate is $20.00-$25.00, depending on experience level.
 
Assignments
• Assist in incoming invoices as well as review invoice processing.
• Review employee out-of-pocket reimbursement requests.
• Assist in payment of approved invoices by Company credit card.
• Assist with W9 and banking information received from Vendors.
• Create 1099 gift reporting invoices.
• Assist with Company Credit Card processing.
• Make remote deposits daily of checks received.
• Email remittances to vendors for invoices paid by ACH.
• Other assignments, as needed.

Preferred completion of, or In-Process, Business School- Bachelor of Science. Major in accounting Preferred
