Account Executive, Ticket Sales – Fiesta Bowl 
The Account Executive, Tickets Sales is responsible for selling all products relating to the Bowl. The primary expectation of this position is to maximize revenue opportunities of memberships, premium, and loft sales through outbound calls, meetings and generated lead efforts.  This is currently a full-time, exempt, “at will position”. Compensation is base salary plus commission and this position will report to the Director of Ticket Sales. 

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITY:
  • Effectively execute sales calls, meetings and presentations with prospective clients to meet established ticketing goals of the Fiesta Bowl
  • Prospect and target a range of clientele with available ticket products, including but not limited to, season ticket members, community leaders and business executives
  • Prospecting calls and executing meetings are required daily for revenue generation
  • Accurately produce prospect and sales reports on a weekly basis
  • Work cohesively with other ticket department team members to effectively execute sales and operations initiatives
  • Attend and participate in organizational meetings, client entertainment and other Fiesta Bowl sponsored events
  • Work scheduled shifts during each organizational event 
  • Assist client services in member inquires and concerns
  • Represent the Organization in a professional and ethical manner
  • Manage daily activity using a ticketing systems database (Paciolan)
 
  • ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven ability to build relationships through strong daily outbound call prospecting 
  • Past positive sakes results utilizing booked/executed meetings with prospective clients on a weekly
  • Experience in handling heavy phone volume, both outbound and inbound 
  • College graduate (4) year degree preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years sales experience in sports or entertainment industry preferred
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Paciolan ticketing & CRM system experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as dictated by events
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook computer skills
