The marketing operations intern will (i) provide administrative support specific to the overall day to day marketing operations of fieldXperience including but not limited to assisting in coordinating weekly/monthly meetings, reports, business research, and (ii) manage and maintain website, all social networks and content hub. This position will report to the marketing operations coordinator (MOC).

Responsibilities:
A responsible self-starter with excellent verbal, written and organizational skills; the ability to work autonomously on assigned projects, as well as, a part of a team even while under pressure; ability to handle multiple and diverse assignments; ability to monitor and manage social analytics, tools, and trends; knowledge of office technology including solid computer skills; capacity for increased initiative, represent fieldX in a professional manner when interacting with internal and external constituents. All other duties as assigned.

Marketing Coordination: 
  • Maintain accuracy of website content
  • Assist with planning and developing overall digital communication strategy and calendar
  • Assist with planning and developing overall website-based revisions and content strategies
  • Execute the digital and social media tactics and content marketing strategies as supervised by MOC, including videos, to support brand awareness and recruitment
  • Work with MOC, and independently, to develop content, traffic, and brand awareness on all digital and social platforms; attend weekly meetings and assist with daily collaborations
  • Ensure that the website and social networks remain a source of information; generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) designed to build meaningful fieldX access, connections and encourage community
  • Monitor marketing and digital and social network analytics, progress reports on strat-comm effectiveness, and overall updates
  • Monitor and research digital, marketing, and social media trends, tools and applications
  • Communication insights gained from marketing, digital, and social media tracking to fieldX team
  • Work with the MOC and chief marketing consultant to set benchmarks and KPI's, monitor progress and measurement of progression towards strategic marketing goals and objectives
  • Coordinate and assist with market research efforts
  • Assist with planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing and social media campaigns related to fieldXer stories, events, and special projects and campaigns

Marketing Operations:
  • Provide support for the MOC (research, scheduling, preparing agendas, meeting notes and other materials, coordinating with team members to secure materials requested)
  • Assist in managing project tasks and fulfillment with the MOC and internal management systems
  • Follow up in a timely manner to ensure requests and correspondence are responded to, establishing tracking/feedback system to ensure issues are recorded, addressed and resolved
  • Research and development of processes related to marketing website, social media, content strategy hub, and internal operation systems
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail, budgets and timeliness
  • Communicate regularly with MOC and chief marketing consultant and at-large team members on details for assigned projects and events
  • Assist MOC with interdepartmental coordination in the planning and implementation of internal projects and vendor relations
  • Ensure consistency in fieldX branding guidelines
  • Creative input to assist with responsibilities of MOC and chief marketing consultant
