St. Louis NHRA Ticketing Event Staff / September 29th - October 1st

As an event staff team member for FanGate Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in ticket sales, marketing and special events. Event staff will receive training on: giving top notch customer service to exceed our client’s expectations and increase fans overall experience, as well as venue information.
This position is for one event based in St. Louis. Would you like to experience working at a NHRA event helping thousands of race fans? We provide staffing for WWT Raceway’s NHRA race weekend. Team members will be performing the following positions: Ticket Sellers, Ticket Takers and Customer Service Office Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Aid guests with accurate game and promotional information
- Selling and/or picking up event tickets at various venues
- Provide problem solving techniques to assist all customer inquiries and concerns
- Represent FanGate Solutions and its clients in a professional and ethical manner
- Punctual and self-motivated with an attention to detail
- Communicate all pertinent information with clients and guests
- Provide & maintain the highest level of customer service to clients and guests
- Work various shows & events that promote FanGate Solutions and its clients in a positive manner
- Closely adhere to the health and sanitation guidelines set by FanGate Solutions and its clients
- Review event tickets and give accurate information on seating location
- Direct cars to the appropriate parking lot
- Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by managers
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Willing to travel to St. Louis on the weekend of September 29th - October 1st
- Ability to work untraditional hours including weekends and evenings
- College student majoring in advertising, marketing, sport management, or related fields is a plus
- Eager to start & build a career in sports and live entertainment
- Ability to deliver exceptional service by anticipating the guests’ needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Strong interpersonal skills that complement a team-oriented work ethic
- Must be neat and presentable at all times
- Must be 18 years of age or older with at least a high school diploma or GED
Duration and Pay:
Work event on September 29th to October 1st in St. Louis, MO. This is a paid events position for work during actual events at $12/hour. Housing is not provided.
