We are looking for passionate, innovative, and driven people who want to be part of our growing company.  We are actively expanding our Ticket Operations group and are looking for a part-time Operations Intern to assist with managing inventory and delivery of tickets to customers in an increasingly dynamic landscape.  This candidate will have professional communication skills and the ability to triage and prioritize tasks in a collaborative environment.  If you want to be a dedicated member of a growing team optimizing processes for complex business problems, then look no further!
Operations Intern
  What would you do?
  • Support game day order fulfillment as live events approach to ensure successful delivery and marketplace satisfaction
  • Work in work-flow management software, Zendesk, to coordinate marketplace communication, and ensure support tickets are prioritized appropriately
  • Field phone calls from marketplaces on fan experience and fulfilment
  • Support members of the Ticket Operations team to help manage the life cycle of a ticket
  • Assist with maintaining system data integrity by entering information accurately
  • Other duties as required

What is required to succeed?
  • Pursuing or have college degree with emphasis in sports marketing/management, or a related field
  • Experience in the ticketing or other service-related field.  Professional sports team or concert ticketing experience a plus.
  • Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel and Outlook.  Ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Passion and curiosity to examine and re-examine problems to find new and creative solutions in a dynamic, technology-focused industry
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated work ethic
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
