We are actively raising the bar in our Ticket Operations group to get tickets to customers in an increasingly dynamic landscape. The perfect candidate will have familiarity with ZenDesk and proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications. This candidate would have professional communication skills and the ability to triage and prioritize tasks in a collaborative environment. Fulfillment Manager
  What would you do?
  • Manage and triage all marketplace interactions in ZenDesk our customer service software
  • Manage day-of order fulfillment as live events approach to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication using ZenDesk
  • Collaborate across the Eventellect Ticket Operations team to manage the life cycle of a ticket
  • Work a schedule that allows for adequate coverage of responsibilities as events start

 What is required to succeed?
  • Professional and solution-oriented communication skills, both written and verbal, to help strengthen relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in a service-oriented role in technology, sports, financial services, or hospitality
  • The ability to prioritize work and efficiently manage multiple work streams as needed
  • A focus on process-oriented work that results in organized and traceable tasks
  • A focus on monitoring metrics to ensure continuous improvement

What else would be nice to have?
  • Proficiency with ZenDesk or a similar customer service software
  • Experience with ticket management software

What else do I need to know?
